Help your makeup stay all day (and night)



For some brides, just the thought of all eyes being on you might make you break out in a sweat. Or, that you can't find the groomsmen when it comes time for pictures. Besides learning a few yoga breathing techniques, you should invest in a great makeup primer. First, it will give your skin the nutrients it needs to glow va-va-voomy. Next, will correct stuff like enlarged pores, discoloration or flaky skin. Then, you'll get great longevity in your makeup that day. Here are a couple of my favorites:

Are you thinking of flying far away to an exotic place for your wedding? If it's a beach wedding, you'll definitely want something cool, light, and airy. Something you won't be stuffed into, with heavy fabrics and glitter. Because it's informal, you should avoid long trains, bustles, and lacy panels. Colors are an option too, and a great idea. Look for accessories to add a piece of your personality to the dress, like a topaz satin sash that'll also echo the beachy atmosphere, or a colorful jade necklace. You have more opportunities to go casual. Skip the heels (they'll just dig into the sand) and the veil is optional. You'd better secure it into your hair with lots of pins if you do go with a veil.
